Swetha is an experienced family lawyer with more than a decade of litigation experience representing clients in a broad range of family law matters. She obtained her L.L.B. from the University of Leicester before being called to the Ontario Bar in 2016.
Prior to joining MFC Lawyers, Swetha practised exclusively in family law at several respected firms across the Greater Toronto Area, where she developed extensive experience in litigation, negotiation, and dispute resolution. She has appeared regularly before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, representing clients at motions, conferences, and trials.
Swetha’s practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including parenting disputes, child and spousal support, property division, domestic contracts, divorce, child protection matters, and complex financial issues. She has experience handling urgent parenting motions, drafting marriage contracts and separation agreements, and guiding clients through both negotiated settlements and contested proceedings.
