Jennifer’s litigation background includes matters of international jurisdiction, unlawful withholding and wrongful removal/retention of children, high conflict custody and access matters, child and spousal support, substance abuse, and domestic violence. She has successfully represented clients in complex property disputes to achieve fair asset sharing.
Jennifer interned at the Ontario Court of Justice while attending the University of Windsor and placed second with her teammates in the Walsh Family Law Moot. She continues to coach the Windsor Law Moot team and enjoys mentoring students at Windsor Law. Outside of the office Jennifer enjoys kayaking and hiking during the summer months and skiing in the winter.
